Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Gear
Ensure the product is clean and packed in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and tools included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided shipping label securely to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
